Peas in Coconut Curry
Ingredients
1 medium diced Red Onion
1 bundle of Coriander
1 bundle of Spinach
250g Green Peas
250g Black Chickpeas
300ml Coconut Milk or 250g Desiccated Coconut soaked in Milk & Cream
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic & Ginger paste
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
