Spinach Kofta in Pea Curry

Ingredients:

Kofta

450g of chopped Spinach

½ cup of Gram Flour

1 tsp of Ginger paste

1 tsp of Garlic paste

1 tsp of Paparika powder

½ tsp of Tumeric Powder

1 tsp Chilli Flakes or Fresh Green Chillies

¼ cup Water

Oil to fry

 

Curry

200g Garden Peas

2 Chopped Onions

1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes

1 Tin Tomato Puree

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp of Ginger paste

1 tsp of Garlic paste

½ tsp of Tumeric Powder

1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Powder

Chopped fresh coriander for garnish
