Lamb Curry
Ingredients:
1 kg Lamb (shoulder)
5 White Onions
4 Tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped Fenugreek Leaves
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
Salt to taste
