Ingredients:
500g diced Pork
100g Green Beans
10g Spicy Peanuts
3 Carrots (sliced)
1 medium Onions (sliced)
1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp crushed Garlic
Salt to taste
3 pieces of Blue Dragon Rice Noodles
Marinade:
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cajun Spice
1 tsp crushed Garlic
1 chopped Red Sweet Chili
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade and add the diced pork, marinade for 2 hours or overnight.
- In a pan of boiling water, boil the egg noodles as per the instructions and set aside.
- Use a wok and add oil, onions and soy sauce and sauté over a high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the marinated pork and cook for 7 minutes, then add the carrots, green beans and green peppers and sauté for a further 4 minutes.
- Add the red and yellow peppers and sauté for a further 2 minutes and add the rice noodles and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with peanuts (do not use if there is a nut allergy) and serve.
